Position Overview

Flagstone Fix seeks a highly motivated and articulate professional to manage client relationships, quotations, and project coordination for its Stone Care Services division. The incumbent will report directly to the Associate Director and will serve as the principal point of contact between the organisation and its clients, architects, interior designers, and builders, overseeing each engagement from initial enquiry through to project completion.

Key ResponsibilitiesQuotations and Costing

- Prepare accurate and professionally presented quotations for stone care services, including polishing, restoration, sealing, stain removal, and protective coatings.
- Conduct site assessments and measurements to determine the scope of work.
- Liaise with the technical team on product selection, material requirements, and manpower planning.
- Monitor all submitted quotations and ensure timely follow-up to secure confirmed orders.

Client and Stakeholder Relations

- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, addressing enquiries, providing progress updates,



and managing post-service support.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, and builders to generate new business opportunities.
- Represent the organisation in meetings and presentations with a high standard of professionalism.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, follow-ups, and the project pipeline.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and effectively.

Site Coordination and Management

- Schedule and coordinate site visits for inspections, sampling, and trials.
- Oversee site teams and applicators to ensure work is executed on schedule and to the required quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, address on-site issues, and keep clients duly informed.
- Ensure formal project handover and client sign-off upon completion.

Coordination and Reporting

- Work in close coordination with the Associate Director on pricing, priorities, and key accounts.
- Submit regular reports on enquiries, quotations, ongoing projects, and collections.
- Support invoicing and payment follow-up as required.

Candidate RequirementsMandatory

- Excellent spoken and written English. The role involves regular interaction with architects, interior designers, and builders, and fluent, confident communication in English is essential.




- Exceptional motivation and a strong commitment to learning. The organisation places the highest importance on this quality. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, take initiative, and be eager to develop technical knowledge of stone care products, applications, and processes.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in client servicing, project coordination, or quotation preparation, preferably within the stone, marble, tiles, flooring, interiors, construction chemicals, or building materials sectors.

Desirable

- Proficiency in Hindi; knowledge of Marathi will be an added advantage.
- Ability to assess site requirements and prepare quotations with accurate measurements and costing.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email correspondence; familiarity with Tally or CRM software will be an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel within Mumbai for site visits.
- A graduate degree in any discipline; qualifications in civil engineering, interior design, or a related field will be preferred.
- Age Group: 20-35 years
