Roles & Responsibilities – Client Relationship Executive

As a Client Relationship Executive, you will support client communication, coordination, and service-related activities while assisting internal teams in ensuring smooth client interactions and relationship management.

A) Client Communication & Coordination

- Assist in handling client communications professionally.
- Act as a communication support between clients and internal teams.
- Ensure smooth coordination and timely communication with clients.

B) Client Meetings & Requirement Gathering

- Attend online client meetings through communication platforms.
- Understand, gather, and document client requirements accurately.
- Support the communication of client expectations to the internal team.

C) Service Mapping & Client Support

- Assist in mapping client requirements with the company’s service offerings.
- Support service delivery by coordinating with relevant teams.
- Help in client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and relationship continuity.

D) Team Participation & Coordination





- Participate actively in daily meetings, discussions, and review sessions.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of client-related activities.

E) Performance & Learning Opportunity

- Contribute actively to client-handling and coordination activities.
- Gain practical exposure to client relationship management and business communication.

F) Skills & Requirements

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of professional communication and client coordination.
- Ability to understand client requirements and maintain proper documentation.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively in a team setting.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
