We are seeking an articulate, high-energy Client Relationship Executive to cultivate long-term client loyalty, manage private consultations, and elevate the overall guest journey at our Jaipur atelier.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Engagement & Consultation: Serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in clients and private appointments, guiding them through diamond, bridal, and luxury jewellery collections.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and grow a dedicated client portfolio (HNI/UHNI network). Proactively engage clients for personal milestones, anniversaries, special preview events, and custom orders.
- After-Sales & Service Excellence: Ensure seamless follow-ups on bespoke orders, repairs, cleaning services, and deliveries, guaranteeing a flawless experience end-to-end.
- CRM & Data Governance: Accurately update customer records, purchase preferences, anniversary dates,



and feedback in the CRM system to enable hyper-personalized outreach.
- Sales Support & Coordination: Collaborate closely with the design, CAD, and sales teams to manage customer customization requests from concept to final handover.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 25 years of experience in client relationship management, guest relations, or luxury retail sales (preferably in fine jewellery, high-end apparel, or hospitality).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi; strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities.
- Client Handling: Proven ability to build rapport and trust with high-net-worth clients.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM platforms, basic MS Office/Google Workspace, and luxury sales tools.
- Personal Attributes: Refined presentation, warm qualified demeanour, high emotional intelligence, and attention to detail.
