We are looking for a proactive and customer-centric Client Relationship Executive to manage client interactions, maintain solid relationships, and ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-spoken, organized, and able to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, updates, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Technical, Legal, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle client onboarding, documentation, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and share client reports,



updates, and status summaries.
- Proactively identify client needs and upsell services where relevant.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain CRM records and update client information regularly.
- Participate in client meetings, calls, and feedback sessions.
