We are looking for enthusiastic and communication-oriented Client Relationship Associates (CRA) to join our outbound telecalling team for a fundraising process.
The selected candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating fundraising initiatives to potential donors, maintaining professional communication, and achieving assigned calling and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential donors.
- Communicate fundraising and support initiatives clearly and professionally.
- Explain the purpose and details of fundraising initiatives to potential donors.
- Build positive and professional relationships with callers and potential donors.
- Handle basic queries and provide relevant information.
- Follow prescribed calling scripts and organizational processes.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions.
- Achieve assigned calling and performance targets.
- Maintain regular attendance and professional conduct.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day calling operations.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Graduates and candidates currently pursuing graduation can apply.

- Good basic verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with people over the phone.
- Willingness to work in an outbound calling role.
- Customer-oriented and professional approach.

Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₹15,100
