Position: Client Relations Executive – TCP
Location: Mysore
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Interact with clients and understand their requirements and feedback.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Host events, make announcements, and engage with audiences confidently.
- Coordinate client events and ensure smooth execution.
- Work closely with internal teams to manage client requirements.
- Welcome and assist clients and guests during events.
- Maintain client records, event details, feedback, and reports.
- Take initiative and resolve client-related queries effectively.
