We are looking for a highly independent Client Delivery Executive to manage our existing D2C, ecommerce and technology clients.

You will be responsible for taking requirements from client conversation to successful delivery .

What you'll do

- Speak with clients, understand requirements and ask the right questions.
- Convert business requirements into clear tasks for the internal team.
- Discuss requirements with developers/designers and estimate effort and timelines.
- Identify scope vs. out-of-scope work and communicate commercials to clients.
- Get client approvals and assign approved work to the team.
- Track execution, manage priorities and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle day-to-day client communication, feedback and minor escalations.
- Maintain billable hours and inform the founder when invoices need to be raised.
- Take ownership of closing requirements/projects without constant supervision.

What we're looking for





- 1–3 years of experience in client delivery, project management, ecommerce, digital agency or business operations.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Valuable understanding of websites, Shopify, ecommerce and technology workflows is a bonus.
- Ability to understand a problem, break it down and figure out how to get it done.
- Commercially aware and comfortable handling scope and billing conversations.
- Highly organised, proactive and independent .
- Practical, resourceful and street-smart with clients and teams.

This is not a coordination-only role. We need someone who can think, decide, execute and take ownership — and comes to the founder with solutions rather than questions.

Shopify/D2C/ecommerce experience will be an advantage.
