About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic, proactive, and execution-oriented Operations & Client Relationship Associate to join our core team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our partners and our internal operations—owning partner onboarding, ongoing engagement, and day-to-day coordination.

This role offers high ownership, rapid learning, and direct visibility into scaling an early-stage startup ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner Onboarding & • Activation:

Guide new institutional/corporate clients seamlessly from agreement sign-off to full platform activation and rollout.
- Relationship Management & • Account Support:

Act as the primary point of contact for client partners, addressing queries, gathering feedback, and ensuring high engagement and satisfaction.
- Field Visits & • On-Ground Coordination:

Travel periodically for on-ground client visits to build trust and strengthen relationships.
- Daily Operational Execution:



Coordinate cross-functionally across internal teams to ensure timely delivery of operational commitments, documentation, and reporting.
- Presentations & • Orientations:

Deliver product walkthroughs, onboarding presentations, and progress updates to client stakeholders with clarity and poise.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, Operations, or Partner Success (early-stage startup experience is a big plus).
- Communication & • Presentation:

Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and partners.
- Problem Solver Mindset: High agency, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot operational hurdles quickly.
- Field Readiness: Willingness to undertake local/regional field visits whenever client onboarding and relationship maintenance require on-ground presence.
- Startup DNA: Highly driven, self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited by high-growth environments.
