Requirement

- We are seeking a skilled and innovative Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Engineer to join our team.
- The CJA Engineer will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and other relevant tools.
- The ideal candidate will have solid experience in data analytics, integration, and visualization, with a focus on delivering actionable insights to improve customer journeys and business outcomes.
- Required Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in analytics or data engineering roles, preferably with: Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Adobe Analytics Other analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI Strong understanding of data modeling, SQL,



and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis. Hands-on experience with visualization tools to build dashboards and reports.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and its components (e.g., Real-Time CDP, Journey Orchestration).
- Familiarity with data integration tools such as Kafka, Azure Event Hubs, or AWS Glue.
- Knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and decision science.

Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
