Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to supervise day-to-day civil construction and site activities, manage manpower, monitor work quality, and ensure timely execution as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil construction and site activities.
- Manage and allocate work to labour and site workers.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, measurements, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and project management.
- Monitor construction quality and ensure proper workmanship.
- Check measurements and maintain daily site records and progress reports.
- Monitor construction materials and coordinate material requirements.
- Maintain labour attendance and productivity records.
- Identify site issues and report them to the Project Manager/Engineer.




- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper housekeeping.
- Ensure workers follow all required safety procedures and site guidelines.
- Maintain photographs, measurements, DPRs, and other project documentation.

Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience as a Civil Site Supervisor.
- Experience in civil construction, infrastructure, building, or similar projects.
- Good knowledge of site supervision and manpower handling.
- Basic understanding of civil drawings, measurements, and quantity calculations.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage labour and contractors at site.
- Willingness to work in a field/site environment.

Qualification

Diploma / ITI / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or relevant technical qualification preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹25000- 35000 per month, based on experience and skills
