Role Description This is a full time, on-site Civil/Structural Draughtsman role based in Pune City. The role involves preparing detailed engineering drawings and layouts for civil and structural projects, including foundations, steel structures, and concrete elements. The Civil/Structural Draughtsman will translate design inputs from engineers into accurate technical drawings, ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards, and revise drawings as per design changes or client feedback.





Daily responsibilities include using CAD software for drafting, coordinating with design and project teams, maintaining drawing documentation, and supporting the preparation of project deliverables and reports.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Civil Engineering Drafting and Civil Engineering Design for industrial and infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in Technical Drawing and Engineering Drawings, with attention to accuracy and detailing
- Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools commonly used in civil/structural drafting
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field from a recognized institution
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and best practices in civil and structural design
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with engineers and project teams
- Prior experience in industrial, institutional, or infrastructure projects is an advantage
