Hiring: Civil & Interior Site Engineers Vizag Projects

1. Civil Site Engineer – Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
- Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring and other civil works.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants and project management teams.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment and daily site progress.
- Verify site measurements, quantities and subcontractor bills.
- Ensure quality standards, workmanship and site safety compliance.
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and submit updates to management.
- Identify and resolve execution-related issues to avoid project delays.

2. Interior Site Engineer – Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute commercial interior fit-out and finishing works.
- Monitor gypsum partitions, false ceilings, flooring, painting, wall finishes, modular furniture, joinery and glazing works.
- Ensure execution as per approved architectural drawings, shop drawings and BOQ specifications.
- Coordinate with electrical, HVAC, plumbing,



firefighting and other MEP teams.
- Ensure proper alignment, levels, dimensions and finishing quality.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for timely completion of assigned works.
- Monitor material consumption, wastage and site productivity.
- Conduct quality inspections, prepare snag lists and ensure timely rectification.
- Maintain daily progress reports and coordinate with the Project Manager.
- Ensure timely completion and proper handover of finished areas.

Required Skills & Competencies

- 3–5 years of relevant site execution experience in civil construction or interior fit-out projects.
- Valuable knowledge of construction materials, finishing specifications and execution methodologies.
- Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of site measurements, quantity estimation, BOQ and billing.
- Strong subcontractor coordination and manpower management skills.
- Good communication, problem-solving and reporting abilities.
- Willingness to work at various project sites in and around Visakhapatnam.

Preference: Candidates with experience in commercial buildings, corporate office interiors and turnkey Design & Build projects.
