Hiring: Civil Site Engineers & Finishes Site Engineers

1. Civil Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and execute day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure execution of works as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
- Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring and other civil works.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants and project management teams.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment and daily site progress.
- Ensure quality standards, safety procedures and workmanship at site.
- Verify site measurements, quantities and subcontractor bills.
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and report project updates to management.
- Identify and resolve site execution issues to avoid project delays.

2. Finishes Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and execute all architectural finishing and interior fit-out works.
- Monitor flooring, tiling, painting, false ceilings, partitions, wall finishes, doors, glazing and other finishing activities.
- Ensure execution as per approved architectural drawings, shop drawings and material specifications.




- Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure smooth integration of finishing works.
- Monitor finishing quality, alignment, levels, dimensions and workmanship.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for timely completion of assigned activities.
- Conduct quality inspections, prepare snag lists and ensure timely rectification.
- Monitor material consumption, wastage and site productivity.
- Maintain daily progress reports and coordinate with the Project Manager.
- Ensure timely completion and proper handover of finished areas.

Required Skills & Competencies

- 3–5 years of relevant site execution experience.
- Positive knowledge of civil construction and finishing materials.
- Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of site measurements, quantity estimation and quality control.
- Strong subcontractor coordination and manpower management skills.
- Good communication, problem-solving and reporting abilities.
- Willingness to work at the Delhi project site.

Preference: Candidates with experience in commercial buildings, corporate office interiors and turnkey Design & Build projects.
