Position: Civil Engineer – Fresher

Work Environment: Office-based – No site work

Client: International / Australia-based clients

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review basic building plans, floor plans, and structural drawings.
- Assist in planning the layout and structure of residential and commercial buildings.
- Work on building drawings and design requirements based on client specifications.
- Identify and suggest suitable tiles, flooring, wall finishes, and other building materials based on project requirements.
- Prepare quantity estimates, material calculations, and cost estimates for buildings.
- Prepare and maintain BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and estimation-related documents.
- Calculate quantities for concrete, steel, cement, tiles, bricks, flooring, plastering, and other construction materials.
- Assist senior engineers with drawings, estimates, calculations, and project documentation.
- Communicate with Australia-based clients and international project teams to understand project requirements and clarify design or estimation-related details.
- Review client requirements and make necessary changes to drawings or estimates.




- Maintain proper records of drawings, calculations, estimates, and project documents.

Required Skills:

- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers with good knowledge of basic civil engineering concepts are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
- Basic understanding of building plans, structural drawings, BOQ, quantity estimation, and cost estimation.
- Knowledge of building materials such as cement, steel, concrete, bricks, tiles, flooring, etc.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good English communication skills are mandatory, as the candidate will communicate and coordinate with Australia-based clients and international teams.
- Ability to understand client requirements and communicate clearly through email, calls, and online meetings.
- Positive attention to detail, numerical ability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work according to international client requirements and deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
