Job Summary

Responsible for supervising day-to-day civil construction activities, monitoring contractors and site manpower, ensuring execution as per drawings and specifications, and maintaining quality, progress, and safety standards at the site.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities.
- Monitor contractors and site manpower.
- Ensure execution as per drawings and specifications.
- Check quality of construction work and materials.
- Monitor daily progress against project schedules.




- Coordinate with Project Manager, engineers, and contractors.
- Maintain daily site reports and records.
- Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper safety practices at the site.

Qualification & Skills

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Solid site supervision and execution experience.
- Knowledge of civil works, finishing, and construction materials.
