: Personal Loan Sales (Team Leader / City Manager)

Salary: 20,000 - 40,000 per month, based on experience and designation

Job Summary:

We are hiring for the positions of Team Leader and City Manager in Personal Loan Sales. The role involves managing field sales teams, generating business through DSA and open-market channels, and achieving monthly login and disbursement targets.

Field sales experience is mandatory. Banking experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive Personal Loan sales through DSA and open-market channels.
- Achieve monthly login and disbursement targets.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage Field Sales Executives (FOS) and sales teams.
- Team Leaders must hire and onboard a minimum of 20 FOS on a commission-based model.
- City Managers must hire and onboard a minimum of 4 Team Leaders.
- Guide and monitor team performance to achieve business targets.
- Expand the DSA network and generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular field visits and support customer acquisition.
- Maintain relationships with DSAs and channel partners.
- Track daily login, approval, and disbursement performance.




- Ensure proper follow-up on leads and pending applications.
- Share regular performance reports with management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Team Leader: 1-2 years of relevant field sales experience.
- City Manager: 23 years of relevant field sales and team-handling experience.
- Experience in Personal Loans, DSA, NBFC, Fintech, Direct Sales, or Open Market Sales.
- Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage field teams.
- Candidates with an existing FOS, TL, or DSA network will be preferred.
- Banking experience is not mandatory.

Salary Details:

- Team Leader: 20,000 30,000 per month.
- City Manager: 30,000 – 40,000 per month.

Salary will depend on experience and performance.
