- MEDICAL CARE - Responsible for complete resident medical care (care & comfort to ensure resident completes desired care plan).
- PERSONNEL- To manage, motivate and engage all organisation staff through respective department heads and ensure high level of engagement, motivation, welfare and cordial working workplace for all associates.
- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT- Liaison/update of the Care Plan with primary consultants/ referring doctors and/or other specialist consultants as required to ensure that they see SuVitas as a valuable partner in the continuum of care for their patients.
- CORPORATE- Align with Corporate Team in making HCAH as Transition Care Leader.
