Role Description The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for leading the overall technology vision, strategy, and execution at Luvetha Tech Solutions. The CTO will oversee software and product development initiatives, define technical architecture standards, and ensure that technology solutions align with business objectives and client needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding engineering teams, participating in project planning and prioritization, establishing best practices for coding, testing, and deployment, and monitoring technology performance and security.

The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring technical leaders,



evaluating new tools and frameworks, and representing the technology function in internal and client-facing discussions. The CTO is expected to foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and high-quality delivery across all technology projects.

Qualifications

- Strong background in Software Development and Architecture, with the ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.

- Experience in Product Development, including leading the lifecycle from concept and roadmap to delivery and iteration.

- Proven Project Management skills, with experience overseeing multiple concurrent initiatives and cross-functional teams.

- Demonstrated expertise in IT Strategy, aligning technology investments and platforms with long-term business goals.

- Previous leadership experience in a senior technology role, preferably in a services or product-based tech organization.

- Hands-on knowledge of modern web and mobile technologies, cloud platforms, security best practices, and DevOps approaches.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Experience working with startup and enterprise clients, and a track record of delivering high-quality, client-focused solutions is an advantage.
