Location: Gurugram, India Reports to: Founder & CEO Function: Office of the CEO / Leadership The Role

Fitsol is looking for a Chief of Staff to operate as a direct extension of the CEO and leadership team - driving execution across financial, tech, operations, HR infrastructure, investor relations,

revenue operations, internal systems, and strategic communications. This is not a coordination or scheduling role; it is an operating role for someone who can own outcomes end-to-end across functions that don't yet have dedicated owners, and who is comfortable being the connective tissue between the founders, functional leads, and external stakeholders (investors,

key clients, partners).

What You'll Do

Strategic & Operating Cadence

- Act as a thought partner to the CEO and founding team on strategic priorities,

resourcing, and cross-functional execution
- Own the leadership operating rhythm - board/investor updates, leadership reviews, OKR

tracking, and follow-through on decisions
- Identify gaps between functions and step in to close them, rather than waiting for a mandate

Financial & Revenue Operations

- Support financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes in partnership with Finance
- Own monthly MIS tracking and reporting for leadership - consolidating financial and operational metrics into a consistent, decision-ready format
- Own or support revenue operations - pipeline visibility, sales process infrastructure, and reporting for leadership

Fundraising & Investor Relations

- Support end-to-end debt and equity fundraise processes - from lender/investor targeting and materials to closing
- Prepare investor updates, board decks,



pitch materials, and data rooms
- Lead or coordinate due diligence processes (financial, legal, and operational) with

investors, lenders, and auditors, and maintain investor-facing documentation

Strategic Communications

- Own internal communications that keep the company aligned on priorities and progress
- Support external communications - messaging consistency, key documents, and narrative for investors, partners, and clients

What We're Looking For

- 2-4 years of experience in a Chief of Staff, strategy, business operations, or general management role - ideally with exposure to a high-growth or founder-led environment
- Demonstrated ability to operate across functions (finance, HR, revenue, tech, and communications) without needing deep functional specialism in each - a fast learner who can go deep quickly
- Prior exposure to fundraising (debt and/or equity) and due diligence processes strongly preferred
- High ownership bias - someone who takes an ambiguous problem and drives it to resolution without needing it to be fully scoped first
- Structured thinker who can build systems and processes from scratch, not just execute existing ones
- Genuine interest in climate/sustainability and Fitsol's execution-first approach to decarbonisation is a robust plus
- Based in or willing to relocate to Gurugram
