Seeking a highly seasoned Chief Resident Engineer (CRE) to lead and monitor the execution of a major elevated Metro project. The role demands strong leadership and deep technical expertise in Elevated Metro Systems and Depot Works, combined with hands-on experience in managing multidisciplinary project interfaces, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide overall leadership and direction for regional project activities encompassing Viaducts, Bridges, Stations, Depot and allied structures.
- Ensure seamless coordination with counterpart CPMs from NHSRCL and other project authorities for smooth execution.
- Lead technical and interface management across civil, structural, architectural, MEP and systems work packages.
- Monitor progress to ensure timely delivery within approved cost, quality and safety parameters.
- Identify and resolve site-level issues; drive timely escalation and corrective action to avoid schedule delays.
- Uphold project safety norms,



environmental compliance and QA/QC standards across all work fronts.
- Support contract administration as per FIDIC conditions of contract, including claims, variations and documentation.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 25+ years of experience in civil engineering with majority exposure in Elevated Metro Projects and Depot Works.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex EPC infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of FIDIC contract mechanisms and project control processes.
- Demonstrated capability in leadership, stakeholder management, technical decision-making and conflict resolution.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project setting with rigorous delivery milestones.
