Role Description The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneshwar, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring efficient delivery of training services across all business segments. The COO will lead operational planning, optimize processes, and align service offerings with client needs and organizational strategy. This role includes managing budgets and financial performance, supervising cross-functional teams, and monitoring key performance indicators to drive quality and results.





The COO will collaborate closely with the leadership team to support business growth, strengthen client relationships, and maintain high standards of service execution. Additional responsibilities include risk management, continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications and eligibility

- Strong Business Planning and strategic management skills to define operational priorities and support organizational growth.
- Proven Operations Management experience in service-based or training organizations, with the ability to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting data, tracking performance metrics, and making evidence-based decisions.
- Solid Finance and Budgeting capabilities to manage P&L;, allocate resources effectively, and optimize cost structures.
- Leadership, people management, and stakeholder communication skills to guide teams, collaborate with clients, and influence key decisions.
- Experience in the education, training, or corporate learning sector is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneshwar and travel as needed for client engagements and organizational initiatives.
