Role Description The Chief of Staff role at Zypp Electric is a full-time, in office position based in Gurugram. The Chief of Staff will work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, translate company goals into actionable plans, and ensure cross-functional alignment across operations, product, technology, and business teams.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating executive priorities, preparing and reviewing strategic reports and dashboards, facilitating leadership meetings, and tracking progress on key projects. The role also involves managing stakeholder communication,



supporting decision-making with data-driven insights, and identifying operational improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability. The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted partner to leadership, helping to anticipate challenges, remove roadblocks, and maintain focus on Zypp Electric’s mission and growth objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong strategic planning and business analysis skills, with experience in supporting or leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Operational excellence and project management capabilities, including the ability to prioritize, organize, and drive multiple workstreams to completion.
- Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
- Comfort with data, metrics, and dashboards, using analytical tools and basic financial acumen to inform recommendations.
- Experience in a high-growth, tech-enabled or logistics-focused setting; exposure to EV, mobility, or sustainability sectors is an advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities, with a proactive and resourceful working style.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; a postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Gurugram and engage closely with operations, technology, and business stakeholders.
