Location: Head Office, Gurugram

Salary: ₹1,00,000 per month

About the Role

VIDYA is seeking an experienced professional to lead and oversee its programs and operations across the North Zone. The role will focus on regional expansion, effective program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all projects and programs across the North Zone.
- Drive regional expansion and develop new partnerships.
- Coordinate donor reporting, fundraising support, and donor engagement.
- Monitor budgets, fund utilisation, and financial performance in coordination with the CFO and Finance Team.
- Coordinate HR, staffing, and team management.




- Support Board Meetings and governance-related activities.
- Oversee donor visits, volunteering initiatives, and stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor program outcomes, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

- Postgraduate degree in Management, Social Work, Education, or a related field.
- Significant experience in NGO operations and team leadership.
- Strong financial, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel across the North Zone.
