Help us build the next chapter of healthcare in India

We’re building a company with the ambition to transform healthcare in India. With a growing team and an exciting phase of growth ahead, we’re looking for a Chief of Staff to work closely with the founder and help turn big ideas into meaningful outcomes.

This is a hands-on role with high ownership, a steep learning curve, and room to experiment. You’ll help shape priorities, solve problems across the business, and take important initiatives from an early idea through to execution.

What you’ll do

- Own high-priority projects. Lead initiatives across growth, operations, strategy, and customer experience, bringing in the right people and following through on results.
- Work closely with the founder. Research opportunities, evaluate trade-offs, and turn complex questions into clear recommendations.
- Help the team execute. Translate priorities into plans with transparent owners, milestones, and measures of success. Identify blockers and help resolve them.
- Run experiments. Test ideas, learn from customers and data, and help decide what to scale, improve, or stop.
- Build for growth. Create practical processes that help a growing team work better and move faster.
- Stay close to the problem. Develop a deep understanding of the people we serve and use those insights to inform decisions.

Relevant experience could come from a startup, founder’s office, consulting, business operations, or building something yourself. Healthcare experience is helpful, but not essential. We care about what you’ve owned, how you think, and what you’ve learned.
