: Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2 and L3+ level technical support for enterprise Cisco Video/Collaboration infrastructure.
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for day-to-day operational incidents and outages.
- Analyze, design, troubleshoot, and support enterprise collaboration networks (AVCN).
- Troubleshoot AVCN endpoints and effectively communicate technical issues with technicians, engineers, and vendors.
- Utilize robust troubleshooting skills to quickly provide quality resolutions for AVCN-related outages.
- Support Cisco Video endpoints including Desk Pro, Codec Pro, Room Bar, Room Bar Pro, and related products.
- Support collaboration infrastructure including Cisco Call Manager, Webex Control Hub, and Cisco Meeting Server.
- Troubleshoot Cisco Collaboration (VoIP/IP Telephony) product suites including CUCM, CUC, Expressways, and Voice Gateways.
- Analyze and troubleshoot voice/video control protocols such as SIP and H.323, including debugging logs.
- Provide troubleshooting support for Cisco Webex Meetings, Webex Calling, and Control Hub.




- Monitor and troubleshoot alerts using tools such as Splunk, Wireshark, HEPIC, and SolarWinds.
- Collaborate effectively with technicians, engineers, and vendors to resolve technical issues.

Essential Skills

- 6–15 years of experience in Cisco Voice / Video technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise collaboration networks (AVCN).
- Good understanding of Cisco Video products and endpoints.
- Good knowledge of Cisco Call Manager, Webex Control Hub, and Cisco Meeting Server.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco Collaboration (VoIP/IP Telephony) products including CUCM, CUC, Expressways, and Voice Gateways.
- Good knowledge of voice/video control protocols including SIP and H.323.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot debug logs.
- Knowledge of Cisco Webex Meetings, Webex Calling, and Control Hub.
- Knowledge of monitoring and alert troubleshooting tools including Splunk, Wireshark, HEPIC, and SolarWinds.
