A senior, high-visibility commercial leadership chance with one of India’s fastest-growing beauty and personal care platforms, seeking an experienced Revenue & Growth leader to own the commercial performance of a multi-geography operating model.

The role carries significant visibility, with direct reporting to the CBO and responsibility for driving revenue and contribution margin across six state P&Ls;, while also leading central marketing capabilities focused on digital growth and category performance.

This is a highly hands-on commercial leadership role, combining P&L; ownership, growth strategy, resource allocation and senior stakeholder engagement, with the opportunity to shape a new operating model as the business continues to scale.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Owning the combined revenue and contribution margin P&L; across six state businesses.
- Working closely with State P&L; Leads to set targets, diagnose performance and drive revenue delivery.
- Making cross-state resource allocation decisions across budgets, sale events and brand partnerships.
- Leading regular business reviews and working with state teams to identify and resolve structural performance issues.
- Working with Digital and Category Marketing COEs to build scalable growth, marketing and category capabilities.
- Driving improvements in install growth, LTV/CAC and category revenue per user across geographies.
- Translating commercial strategy into state targets, COE priorities and the annual operating plan.
- Working with senior stakeholders on brand partnerships, pricing, discovery and overall commercial strategy.
- Building and developing a strong team of senior commercial leaders across the state and central functions.
- Presenting the overall P&L;, business performance and strategic recommendations to the Founder / CBO.





To be eligible for this role you will require:

- 12 years of experience, with strong experience in P&L-owning; commercial roles.
- Proven track record of owning and delivering a significant revenue number within consumer tech, e-commerce or a multi-geography consumer business.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to understand P&L;, revenue, margins and resource allocation.
- Experience managing through multiple layers and leading senior commercial teams.
- Strong understanding of growth economics, including LTV/CAC, customer acquisition, cohort analysis and marketing investment.
- Experience in the Indian digital consumer market, with an understanding of consumer behaviour and competitive dynamics.
- Ability to operate across both direct business delivery and central/enabling functions.
- Strong executive presence and experience working closely with C-suite / Founder-level stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment, making decisions with incomplete information.
- Experience with offline retail or omni-channel businesses would be advantageous.
- MBA / postgraduate qualification from a Tier 1 institution such as IIM, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR or equivalent.
