Responsibilities include supervising hostel staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing budgets and expenses, and implementing policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient living space.

We are hiring for Chief Hostel Rector for Physical Disabilities Students

- Oversee all operations and management of the hostel facility
- Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Create and implement policies and procedures for hostel residents




- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and stakeholders
- Manage budget and financial resources for the hostel
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain quality standards
- Collaborate with the Deep Stambh Foundation team to support residents' holistic development
- Provide leadership and mentorship to hostel staff
- Address any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Work towards the mission and vision of Deep Stambh Foundation in all hostel activities

Salary : 25k-30k
