About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the complete Finance & Accounting function and provide strategic financial leadership to the organisation.

The CFO will be an integral part of the global finance team and will work closely with the business leadership and regional finance team to drive financial performance, governance, controls and business growth.

Reporting Structure

- Administrative Reporting: Managing Director
- Functional Reporting: Director – Finance, Asia
- Global Exposure: The role will be part of the global finance team and will involve coordination with international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Audit and Compliance functions.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and business planning.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow and working capital.
- Strengthen financial controls, MIS and management reporting.




- Lead internal and external audits and ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
- Develop and improve finance processes, policies, systems and internal controls.
- Partner with Commercial, Operations, Business and Senior Leadership teams.
- Manage and develop a finance team of 5–6 members.
- Ensure timely, accurate and compliant financial reporting.
- Work closely with the Asia and global finance teams on reporting, planning and financial initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- CA
- 20–25 years of relevant experience, including significant experience in senior Finance/CFO leadership roles.
- Candidates preferably in the early 40s.
- Experience in one or more of the following sectors:
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and/or trading finance.
- Expertise in financial planning, controls, taxation, audit, AP/AR and business finance.
- Solid leadership, analytical and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience managing and developing finance teams.
- Comfortable working with global and international finance teams and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
