Strategic Leadership

· Define and execute the Foundry Division’s short-term and long-term strategic plans in alignment with Company's corporate goals.

· Identify growth opportunities in domestic and international markets.

· Drive modernization and technology advancement in foundry processes.

Operational Excellence

· Oversee production, process efficiency, quality assurance, and cost optimization.

· Ensure best utilization of plant capacity and resources.

· Introduce lean manufacturing, automation, and waste reduction initiatives.

Business & Financial Management

· Manage P&L; for the division ensuring revenue growth and profitability.

· Develop annual budgets and monitor financial performance against targets.

· Optimize cost structures and drive value addition in products.

Marketing & Sales





· Lead marketing and sales strategies to strengthen domestic and export markets.

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships and partnerships.

· Explore recent segments and value-added foundry products.

People Leadership

· Build a high-performing leadership team and foster a performance-driven culture.

· Drive employee engagement, training, and succession planning.

· Ensure a safe, inclusive, and innovative workplace.

Compliance & Sustainability

· Ensure compliance with all statutory, environmental, and safety regulations.

· Promote sustainability initiatives aligned with Company's commitments.

· Represent the division with government agencies, industry bodies, and trade forums.
