Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the insurer and the bank partner at a senior level
- Manage governance forums escalations, and joint business planning
- Strengthen and expand the partnership across bank verticals
- Design and roll out incentive programmes, contests, and engagement activities
- Monitor branch-wise, product-wise, and RM-wise productivity; identify and close gaps
- Manage the insurance programme office — training calendars, licensing (IRDAI/regulatory certification of bank staff), lead management systems, and service SLAs
- Provide MIS, dashboards, and business reviews to senior leadership and the bank partner
