Role Description The Chemist role at Mahraja Bullion is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The Chemist will perform daily laboratory analyses related to precious metals, including sample preparation, testing, and documentation of results.

Responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining quality control procedures, verifying product purity and composition, and supporting process optimization. The role involves collaborating with production teams, assisting in research and development initiatives to improve refining methods, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Chemist will also maintain laboratory equipment, manage reagents and consumables,



and prepare transparent technical reports for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Laboratory Skills, including sample handling, instrument operation, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control expertise to monitor product standards, validate test results, and support continuous improvement.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret data, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and provide accurate technical insights.
- Candidates should possess Research and Development (R&D;) capabilities and Research skills to support process innovation and product enhancement.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- Attention to detail, strong documentation habits, and the ability to work collaboratively with production and management teams.
- Familiarity with precious metals analysis or industrial laboratory environments is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, manage time effectively, and uphold ethical and safety standards in all laboratory activities.
