Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Arang Road, Raipur

Salary Budget: Up to ₹80,000 per month

Age: 45 years and above

Experience: 15 years in Finance & Accounts, preferably with senior leadership/CFO-level experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Overall management of Finance & Accounts functions.
- Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.
- MIS, financial reporting and management reporting.
- Handling statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax and audits.
- Managing banking relationships, working capital and fund management.
- Overseeing accounting, taxation, audit and internal controls.
- Providing financial insights and strategic advice to management.
- Monitoring profitability, cost control and financial risks.
- Leading and managing the Finance & Accounts team.




- Ensuring timely and accurate closure of books and financial statements.

Candidate Profile:

- CA preferred; candidates with strong senior-level finance experience may also be considered.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
- Should have solid knowledge of Finance, Accounts, Taxation, MIS, Audit, Budgeting, and Compliance.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Candidates with experience in manufacturing/industrial companies would be preferred.
- Age: 45 years.
- Candidate should be comfortable working from the Arang Road, Raipur location.
