YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide a fast, efficient and friendly checkout experience for customers.
- Ensure the checkout area is properly equipped and ready for customers throughout the day.
- Accurately scan/register products and process customer payments according to IKEA routines.
- Handle cash and payments securely, accurately and responsibly.
- Support customers with frequently asked questions and provide appropriate solutions.
- Identify and resolve payment-related issues within your authorization level and escalate when required.
- Maintain a secure and secure environment for customers and colleagues.
- Listen to customer feedback and share relevant information with your manager.




- Understand how your actions impact stock accuracy, customer satisfaction and store results.
- Contribute to checkout action plans and support the achievement of service targets.
- Work closely with other functions and colleagues to improve the overall shopping experience.
- Support and share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Look for more effective ways of working while maintaining service quality and controlling costs.
- Take responsibility for your own learning and development.
