Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based at AIG Hospitals in Hyderabad.

The Chartered

Accountant will manage day-to-day financial accounting, including general ledger maintenance, preparation of financial statements, and reconciliation of accounts. The role involves overseeing budgeting, cost analysis, and financial planning to support hospital operations and strategic initiatives. The individual will ensure compliance with statutory requirements, taxation laws, and internal control procedures, while coordinating with auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.

The Chartered

Accountant will also provide financial insights to management, support decision-making through reports and analysis,



and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as procurement, operations, and administration.

Qualifications

- Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid registration; additional certifications in finance or taxation are an advantage.
- Strong core accounting skills, including general ledger management, financial statement preparation, and account reconciliation.
- Experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control within a corporate or healthcare setting.
- Solid understanding of Indian taxation, statutory compliance, audit processes, and internal control frameworks.
- Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems, along with strong MS Excel skills for financial modeling and reporting.
- Ability to interpret financial data, prepare clear management reports, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities, with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Prior experience in hospitals or healthcare services is preferred, though candidates from other industries with relevant exposure are also encouraged to apply.
