Responsibilities:

- Manage client relationships and provide exceptional client service.
- Handle a portfolio of clients and ensure timely and accurate delivery of accounting services.
- Prepare financial statements, tax returns, and other financial reports for clients.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic advice to clients for business growth.
- Assist clients in complying with regulatory requirements and tax obligations.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and industry regulations.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.




- Identify opportunities for business development and contribute to the growth of the firm.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for potential clients.

Requirements

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a valid certification.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a CA firm or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and practices.
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong commitment to professional growth.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
