We're looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to take full ownership of finance and compliance at Bravo Furnitures & Interiors. This isn't a back-office role. You'll work closely with senior leadership, have visibility across every part of the business, from procurement and manufacturing to projects and sales, and bring both rigour and commercial judgement to your work.

What You Will Own

Accounts and Reporting

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts for the company
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Track costs across products, projects, and interior contracts to give a clear picture of profitability
- Deliver timely, meaningful MIS reports to leadership

Taxation and Compliance

- File GST returns, TDS, advance tax, and income tax on time
- Handle income tax assessments, notices, and correspondence with the department
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, including ROC filings, annual returns, and statutory registers
- Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors and manage the audit process end to end

Treasury and Cash Flow

- Monitor cash flow closely and flag liquidity gaps well in advance
- Manage banking relationships, loan accounts, and credit facilities
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and customer collections
- Keep a close watch on working capital, inventory, and project advances

Financial Planning and Business Support





- Lead annual budgeting and variance analysis
- Build financial models for expansion plans, new product lines, and major projects
- Help leadership evaluate the financial viability of new opportunities and investments
- Prepare financials and documentation for banks, lenders, or investors when required

What We Are Looking For- Must-have

- Qualified CA (ICAI)
- 2 to 3 years of post-qualification experience
- Robust working knowledge of GST, income tax, TDS, and corporate compliance
- Hands-on experience with Tally, accounting software, and Excel
- Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and deadlines without letting anything slip
