About the Role
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage and oversee the finance and accounting functions for our healthcare/hospital vertical. The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, financial controls, budgeting, and overall financial discipline across the organization.
Candidates with prior experience in the healthcare, hospital, diagnostic, or healthcare services sector will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations, ensuring accuracy and timely closure of books.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Handle financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and working capital.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors and support statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Establish and monitor appropriate financial controls, processes, and accounting procedures.
- Review expenses, payments, purchase transactions, and vendor accounts to ensure compliance with approved policies.
- Manage and monitor hospital/healthcare-related financial transactions, including revenue, collections, expenses, and vendor payments.
- Support management with financial analysis and insights for business and operational decision-making.
- Ensure proper accounting and reconciliation of bank accounts, vendor balances, customer/patient-related receivables, and other ledger accounts.
- Identify financial risks and recommend corrective measures to improve financial efficiency and control.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely submission of financial data and supporting documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist management in developing and implementing financial policies, controls, and SOPs.
- Handle any other finance and accounting responsibilities assigned by management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- CA qualification is mandatory.
- 3–7 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial reporting, audit, and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of financial controls and accounting processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with financial data.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in hospitals, healthcare, diagnostics, medical services, or healthcare-related organizations will be an advantage.
- Experience in managing finance operations in a multi-department or growing healthcare organization will be preferred.
- Exposure to healthcare revenue cycles, hospital billing/collections, insurance/TPA-related processes, or healthcare-specific financial reporting will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
