Role Description This is a full time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Delhi, India.

The Chartered

Accountant will handle statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and financial reporting for a diverse portfolio of clients. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations, managing direct and indirect tax filings, and supporting advisory assignments related to transactions and business structuring. The role also involves working closely with clients to resolve accounting and tax queries, coordinating with internal teams to meet deadlines,



and contributing to process improvements and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and audit procedures, with the ability to prepare and review financial statements and audit documentation.
- Proficiency in direct and indirect taxation, including tax planning, compliance, and preparation/review of returns and related workings.
- Experience in assurance and advisory services, including internal controls review, risk assessment, and support on transactions or business restructuring.
- Comfort with accounting and ERP software, MS Excel, and other analytical tools used for financial analysis and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, work under deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a team-based environment.
- Recognized Chartered Accountant qualification (CA or equivalent), with relevant post-qualification experience in a professional services firm preferred.
