Job Title: Operations Associate - Channel Sales

Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Operations Associate to support and drive our channel partner ecosystem for our Online Degrees programs.
You will be the first point of operational contact for our channel partners guiding prospective learners / partners through the admissions journey, helping them navigate loan and documentation processes, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience from first touch / enquiry to final enrolment.
The role requires working with partners from across the country, so fluency in both English and Hindi is essential. Given that our learners are primarily working professionals, the role operates on a 1 PM 10 PM schedule, 6 days a week on a rostered basis, to include Sundays and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Engagement & Admissions Consultation
Engage with leads shared by channel partners, understand their educational aspirations and background, and provide end-to-end consultation through the admissions process from program selection to final enrolment.
Education Loan & Documentation Support
Guide prospective learners through education loan application processes and documentation requirements. Proactively identify and resolve document pendency at any stage of the admissions funnel, coordinating with the learner, partner, or internal teams as needed.
Partner Coordination & Support
Onboard new channel partners and ensure a smooth setup experience. Coordinate with partners from different parts of the country, maintaining regular communication via calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Build and sustain strong working relationships.
Internal Coordination
Liaise with internal Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to facilitate partner invoice processing, credit completion, and query resolution.
Act as a reliable bridge between external partners and internal stakeholders.
Reporting & MIS
Prepare and share daily/weekly status update reports on lead progress, admission status, partner activity, and pending actions. Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal trackers.
Query Resolution
Handle client and partner queries in a timely, professional manner. Escalate issues appropriately and follow through until resolution ensuring no query falls through the cracks.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience & Education: 1-4 years in operations, client servicing, inside sales, or admissions coordination. preferably in EdTech or education services. Bachelor's degree required.
Language: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Additional regional languages are a plus.
Core Requirements:
Admissions & Process Orientation: Meticulous about documentation, timelines, and follow-through across the admissions lifecycle.
Communication: Clear, qualified, and empathetic communicator — equally effective on calls, email, and virtual meetings.
Loan & Documentation Awareness: Familiarity with education loan processes in the Online Degree space, and ability to guide learners confidently through processing steps
Partner Management: Comfortable engaging with partners across geographies and building trust through consistent, responsive communication.
CRM & Reporting: Hands-on with Excel and CRM tools for daily tracking and MIS.
Resilience & Flexibility: Comfortable with rostered schedules, late evening hours, and coverage across weekends and holidays.
