Direct Tax

Laws (Preparation and filing of TDS (24Q, 26Q) & TCS (27EQ) Returns, ITR sand Advance Tax & MAT Calculation etc.) 3. Audits (Tax Audits & preparation of Tax Audit Report in 3CD & 3CA/3CB, Statutory Audit, Process Audit, Internal Audit and Bank Audit as well) 4.

Financial

Reporting (Drafting Balance Sheet and Consolidating of Financial Statements with notes to accounts & Annexure as per schedule III of Companies Act.) 5. ROC filing with MCA (Form ADT-1, AOC-4, MGT-7 & DIR -12) 6.
