About Global Shared Services Center, India:
Brink’s Global Shared Services Center (GSS) in Hyderabad is a critical enabler of the company’s global transformation and operating model evolution. The center brings together specialized capabilities across Human Resources, Finance, Technology, and other enterprise functions to deliver integrated, end-to-end services that support global business priorities.
The center is designed to enable standardized processes, scalable service delivery, and stronger cross-functional collaboration. Teams in GSS partner closely with global stakeholders to drive efficiency, improve quality, design and scale next generation services, and deliver consistent outcomes across markets.

Business Unit Description:
This role sits within Communications and Change Management, a team that plays a critical role in enabling successful business transformation across Brink’s global organization.
The function is responsible for leading change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, learning enablement, and adoption activities that help employees and leaders successfully transition to new processes, systems, operating models, and ways of working.
As part of Brink’s global operating model, the team partners across business units, transformation programs, and corporate functions to drive readiness, adoption, and sustained business outcomes, helping the organization realize the full value of its strategic investments.
What You’ll Be Doing (Position Summary):
We are seeking a highly skilled Change Lead / Engagement Manager to support enterprise transformation initiatives by coordinating change management delivery, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activities across workstreams, functions, and regions. This role will partner closely with Transformation Office leaders, change managers, communications partners, functional teams, and delivery resources to ensure change activities are planned, coordinated, and executed with consistency and discipline.
The successful candidate will help translate transformation priorities into practical change plans, support engagement with key stakeholders, and ensure that change management deliverables are integrated into project plans, governance cadences, and business readiness activities. In addition to hands-on change delivery and execution,
this role will provide day-to-day coordination and oversight for co-located resources aligned to the change management function, including Multimedia and Learning and Development support.
The Change
Lead / Engagement Manager will help ensure these resources are appropriately prioritized, integrated into change plans, and delivering high-quality outputs that support stakeholder engagement, training, communications, readiness, and adoption.

How You’ll Succeed (Roles & Responsibilities):
Success in this role requires both strong execution and the ability to operate effectively in a global, evolving environment. You will:
- Support the development and execution of change management strategies and plans for enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate change management activities across assigned workstreams, including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, readiness assessments, engagement planning, and adoption support.
- Partner with change managers, communications leads, training partners, and functional teams to ensure change activities are aligned, sequenced, and integrated into overall project plans.
- Provide day-to-day coordination and work direction for co-located Multimedia and Learning and Development resources supporting transformation change management delivery.
- Translate change management needs into clear creative, multimedia, learning, and enablement work requests, ensuring deliverables are aligned to stakeholder needs, project timelines, and adoption goals.
- Manage sequencing, priorities, dependencies, and review cycles across change, multimedia, and learning deliverables to support integrated execution.
- Review outputs from aligned support resources to ensure quality, consistency, usability, and alignment with Brink’s brand, transformation messaging, and change management standards.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement activities, working sessions, and feedback loops to identify risks, surface adoption barriers, and support informed decision-making.
- Maintain change management deliverables, trackers, status updates, and reporting materials to support Transformation Office governance.
- Support the development of leader and stakeholder engagement materials, including talking points, briefing documents, stakeholder maps, and meeting materials.
- Monitor change readiness, adoption indicators, and stakeholder sentiment, escalating risks and recommending mitigation actions as needed.
- Help ensure consistent application of change management frameworks, tools, templates, and ways of working across the transformation portfolio.
- Coordinate with offshore and local resources to support on-time, high-quality delivery of change management activities and deliverables.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency,
and continuous improvement across the change management team and broader transformation partners.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in organizational change, communications, business administration, human resources, psychology, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in change management, engagement management, consulting, transformation delivery, organizational effectiveness, or related roles.
- Proven experience supporting change management, stakeholder engagement, business transformation, or consulting delivery in a complex organization.
- Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, tools, and deliverables.
- Robust project coordination and delivery management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and support executive-ready materials.
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills, with high emotional intelligence and the ability to build trusted relationships across functions and geographies.
- Experience working in global, matrixed environments and partnering with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with transformation governance, change readiness, adoption measurement, and stakeholder management practices.
- Ability to coordinate and guide cross-capability resources across change, multimedia, communications, and learning deliverables
- Prosci, change management, PMP, agile, or consulting-related certification preferred.
Who You Are (Skills / Qualifications):
Must Have Skills:
- Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives, including operating model, process, technology, or shared services changes.
- Experience developing and maintaining stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, readiness plans, engagement plans, and change status reporting.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional or matrixed resources, including creative, communications, training, learning, or enablement partners, to deliver integrated change management outcomes.
- Proven ability to coordinate work across multiple contributors and keep deliverables moving in a fast-paced environment.
Good to Have Skills:
- Experience supporting transformation programs involving global business services, enterprise technology implementations, or operating model changes.
- Experience working with offshore delivery teams or distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Experience supporting executive governance materials, business readiness reviews, and transformation program reporting.
