Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented center manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the gym, lead the team, ensure excellent member experience, and achieve center sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the fitness center.

- Lead and supervise the sales, trainers, front desk, and support staff.

- Achieve monthly sales, membership, and revenue targets.

- Monitor team performance and ensure proper follow-up with leads and clients.

- Maintain high standards of customer service and member satisfaction.

- Handle member queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.

- Ensure proper functioning, cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of the center.

- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

- Monitor attendance, discipline, grooming, and productivity of staff.

- Coordinate with the management team for operational and business requirements.

- Maintain proper records, reports, and daily operational updates.

- Identify opportunities to improve sales, member retention, and overall center performance.





- Ensure company policies, processes, and SOPs are followed at the center.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
