Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and driven Centre Head / Centre Manager to lead the end-to-end operations and growth of our flagship Lucknow centre. The role will own centre revenue, admissions, P&L;, student experience, academic coordination, team performance and local brand building.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the centre’s revenue, admissions, collections and P&L; and achieve monthly/annual business targets.
- Lead the sales and counselling team and ensure solid enquiry-to-admission conversion.
- Drive school/college outreach, seminars, career counselling sessions, BTL activities and local marketing to build the CLAT Possible brand in Lucknow.
- Ensure excellent student and parent experience, including counselling, mentorship, grievance resolution and retention.
- Coordinate with faculty and the academic team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of classes, tests, doubt sessions and mentoring.
- Monitor student attendance, academic performance, feedback and engagement.
- Recruit, manage, train and evaluate counsellors, academic/support staff and centre employees.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day centre operations, infrastructure, discipline, MIS and compliance.
- Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, students,



parents and other local stakeholders.
- Track centre KPIs and share regular business, sales, academic and operational reviews with the HO.
- Represent CLAT Possible at major education events, seminars and institutional engagements across Lucknow.
- Work closely with the HO teams across Sales, Marketing, Academics, Operations and Finance to execute organisational priorities.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Postgraduate with 5+ years of experience in education, coaching, ed-tech, sales or centre operations.
- Proven experience in leading a centre/team and achieving business targets.
- Strong understanding of admissions, counselling and local-market sales.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
- CLAT/Law entrance coaching experience will be an advantage.
- High ownership, entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to work in a target-driven, student-first environment.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
