Key Responsibilities
- Build, expand, and activate a strong channel partner (broker) network
- Drive consistent walk-ins and lead generation through the CP ecosystem
- Identify and onboard current channel partners across target micro-markets
- Conduct regular CP meetings, trainings, and engagement initiatives
- Track CP productivity walk-ins, conversions, and revenue contribution
- Ensure a steady and quality pipeline for the closing team
Must-Have Criteria
- 7–10 years of experience in CP sourcing / broker network development
- Strong broker network and on-ground market presence
- Proven walk-in generation and pipeline creation capability
- Experience in scaling CP networks and team handling (for Sr. Manager level)
- Strong micro-market understanding
