Center Management: Oversee all day-to-day operations of the Ernakulam branch, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency. Manage branch budgets, monitor expenses, and generate financial reports. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize branch performance. Handle student and parent inquiries, addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Manage facility maintenance, ensuring a safe, clean, and conducive learning environment. Recruit, train, and supervise administrative staff, fostering a positive work environment. Implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new students and enhance brand visibility. Manage inventory of equipment, software, and learning resources. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and institute standards. Academic Leadership: Develop, implement, and evaluate technology training programs and curricula, ensuring alignment with industry trends. Recruit, train, and supervise a team of highly qualified technology instructors. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching methodologies and student learning outcomes. Conduct regular teacher observations and provide constructive feedback to enhance teaching quality. Ensure the delivery of high-quality, practical-oriented instruction and academic support. Develop and implement student assessment strategies to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements and incorporate them into the curriculum.



Create and maintain a stimulating and engaging learning environment that fosters student success. Address student academic concerns and provide personalized support.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Technology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in center management and academic leadership within a technology training environment. Strong understanding of current technology trends and industry demands. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to manage budgets and financial resources effectively. Proficiency in using computer software and educational technology. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced workplace.
