Role Overview The Center Head will be the academic, operational, cultural, and administrative leader of the Early Learning Campus.
The role requires a dynamic leader who can:
- Lead curriculum implementation
- Ensure exceptional early childhood learning experiences
- Drive admissions & parent engagement
- Build and mentor high-performing teams
- Ensure smooth daily operations
- Create a nurturing and inspiring school culture The ideal candidate should deeply understand:
- Early childhood education
- Child psychology

- International education philosophy
Key Responsibilities
Academic Leadership
- Lead implementation of IB Early Years philosophy and inquiry-based learning
- Ensure developmentally appropriate practices across all classrooms
- Monitor curriculum planning, classroom delivery, assessments, and documentation
- Conduct classroom observations and mentor teachers regularly
- Ensure high standards of teaching-learning quality
Team Leadership & Staff Management
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate teachers and support staff
- Build a positive, collaborative, and accountable work culture
- Conduct regular professional development sessions
- Ensure discipline, punctuality, professionalism, and safeguarding standards
Parent Partnership & Admissions
- Build strong relationships with parents and families
- Conduct parent orientations, counseling, and engagement sessions
- Handle parent concerns professionally and empathetically
- Support admissions counseling and campus walk-ins
- Drive admissions growth and retention
Operations & Administration
- Ensure smooth day-to-day campus functioning
- Maintain safety, hygiene, child protection, and operational standards
- Coordinate transport, security, housekeeping, cafeteria, and support systems
- Ensure compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements
Student Wellbeing & Campus Culture
- Foster a joyful, safe, nurturing, and emotionally secure environment
- Promote holistic development through play, inquiry, creativity, arts, and exploration
- Ensure strong pastoral care and child safeguarding practices
Strategic & Brand Building
- Represent the school professionally with parents and external stakeholders
- Support marketing initiatives, events, and community engagement activities
- Strengthen the brand positioning of Skill Stork Early Learning Campus
Requirements
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
- Master’s Degree in Education / Early Childhood Education preferred
- Montessori / ECCEd / IB / International Curriculum certifications preferred
Experience
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in Early Childhood Education
- Minimum 2–3 years in leadership / coordinator / center head role preferred
- Experience in IB / International / Progressive schools preferred
