Role Description

Fostree International School is looking for passionate and committed CBSE Subject Teachers in Science, Social Science, English, or Mathematics . Teachers with strong expertise in any one of these subjects are welcome to apply.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh .

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
- Create engaging, inquiry-based and experiential learning experiences.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
- Develop and conduct formative and summative assessments.
- Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback and support.
- Integrate appropriate technology and real-world applications into teaching.
- Maintain lesson plans, assessment records,



and other academic documentation.
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
- Participate in departmental planning, teacher meetings, training, and career development.
- Contribute to school events, clubs, projects, and the wider life of the school.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.
- Uphold Fostree’s values, safeguarding standards, and student-centered learning culture.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject or a related field.
- B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and assessment practices .
- Previous teaching experience in a CBSE school is preferred.
- Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use technology meaningfully in teaching and learning.
- A willingness to adopt innovative, experiential, and student-centered approaches.
