Job Title: Cluster Business Head - Banca Channel

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Cluster Business Head to lead our Banca channel for Life Insurance. This role involves driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and optimizing the performance of our banca channel across multiple branches within the assigned cluster. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the insurance industry, and the ability to foster relationships with banking partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement the business strategy for the banca channel to achieve sales targets and market penetration goals.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities within the banca channel.
- Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and train a high-performing team of banca channel executives and insurance advisors.
- Foster a collaborative environment that promotes teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to maximize sales and enhance collaboration.
- Serve as the main point of contact for banks, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues that arise.
- Sales Performance:
- Monitor and drive sales performance of the banca channel,



ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns to boost product uptake and customer acquisition.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure that all business activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Identify potential risks and implement measures to mitigate them.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Prepare regular reports on business performance, market trends, and competitor activities for senior management.
- Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions and optimize the banca channel's performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in sales management within the life insurance or banking industry, with a strong focus on banca channel operations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
