Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement category management strategies to optimize spend, improve quality, and enhance supplier relationships.
- Lead the sourcing process from request for proposal (RFP) development through contract negotiation and implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and innovation in procurement operations.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and internal data to inform strategic sourcing decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 4-9 years of experience in procurement or a related field with expertise in category management.
- Robust understanding of strategic sourcing principles, including RFP development and contract negotiations.
- Proven track record of achieving cost savings through effective supplier partnerships.
