Key Responsibilities

1. Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to assess their educational and career aspirations.
2. Provide transparent, accurate, and personalized guidance on available programs, course structures, and career outcomes.
3. Support applicants through the entire enrolment process—from initial inquiry to final registration.
4. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead conversion.
5. Maintain detailed records of student interactions, follow-ups, and status updates using CRM tools.
6. Monitor competitor offerings and industry trends to refine outreach strategies and stay ahead in the market.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Psychology, Business, or Marketing preferred).
2. 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, academic counselling, or student advisory roles for On line higher education ,categorically online degree counselling.
